Sun-Ling and John have been traveling the earth since 2008 while blogging, eating vegetarian and vegan, and riding public transportation. We love uphill day hikes, 20th-century architecture, Roman ruins, all bodies of water, local markets, shopping for groceries, aqueducts, miradors, trip planning, blablacar, and more.

Safe Arrival Post
All is well. We are safely ensconced in a cozy hotel next to the train station in Cefalu, Sicily. Delta and Alitalia successfully delivered us and our bags to Palermo, and the ensuing bus + train connection to Cefalu was easy. We've already toured the Duomo, chatted with Tourist Information, found the bus stop for tomorrow's excursion, bought a few things at the supermarket, and more. Stay tuned.

Good news for sure. We await.
Glad the flights went well. Have fun!
I hope the weather is collaborating! All the best!
@Marga, interesting you should mention the weather. The last week at home I was beginning to regret not leaving earlier, as I prefer cooler rather than warmer weather. This morning we had all of our layers on, including rain jacket/pants for about an hour :( so I concluded we didn't leave to late :D
Glad to hear that you arrived safely!
